CONNECTION TRAINING PASS WITH SIMULATION

If you are making the shift to SOLIDWORKS and need to get some base skills for how to use both the 3D CAD and simulation tools, this pass is a good option for you. Learn the skills you need with the SOLIDWORKS Essentials training course, SOLIDWORKS Simulation course, plus your choice of one additional core class that suits your needs.

INCLUDED TRAINING COURSES:

SOLIDWORKS Essentials (list price: $1,795)
Learn how to use the SOLIDWORKS mechanical design software to build parametric models of parts and assemblies, and how to make drawings of your parts and assemblies.
SOLIDWORKS Simulation (list price: $1,500)
Learn the basics of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and the entire analysis process from meshing to evaluation of results for parts and assemblies. Get an understanding of linear stress analysis, gap and contact analysis, and best practices.

ALSO INCLUDES ONE (1) OF THE FOLLOWING:

SOLIDWORKS Drawings (list price: $800)
This course expands on the drawing topics that are introduced in Essentials. You will learn how to take advantage of more advanced drawing tools while creating drawings of SOLIDWORKS parts and assemblies.
SOLIDWORKS Advanced Part Modeling (list price: $1,200)
Learn how to use multibody solids, sweeping and lofting features, and the more advanced shaping capabilities of SOLIDWORKS.
SOLIDWORKS Assembly Modeling (list price: $800)
This training course expands on assembly topics discussed in Essentials. It also introduces more advanced assembly techniques, like in-context design, allowing you to maximize your use of the assembly modeling capabilities on SOLIDWORKS.
SOLIDWORKS Weldments (list price: $500)
Learn how to create welded structures with standard structural members, as well as how to create custom structural members and model weld beads.
SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal (list price: $800)
Learn how to build sheet metal parts using SOLIDWORKS, including building standalone sheet metal parts, converting parts to sheet metal, and modeling sheet metal parts in the context of an assembly.
SOLIDWORKS File Management (list price: $500)
This course includes explanations of the SOLIDWORKS file structure, file references, file associativity, and how to work in a multi-user environment. File Management is extremely valuable for any SOLIDWORKS user not using a PDM solution, but is recommended before taking any SOLIDWORKS PDM Course.
