Your Subscription is your ongoing relationship with Hawk Ridge Systems. It keeps your SOLIDWORKS software current with the latest releases, gives you access to technical support, and, depending on your tier, unlocks: training, expert access, and services benefits. Think of it less like a maintenance fee and more like the thing that makes sure your investment actually works for you year over year.

SolidProfessor Live is unlimited access to live, instructor-led training through SolidProfessor. If you're on Elite, it's already included. No credits, no purchase orders, no approval process. You log in, find a class, and register. We're the only SOLIDWORKS reseller that offers this.

Elite gives your team great tools and access. Enterprise gives your organization a dedicated partner. The Enterprise Success Plan layers on top of Elite and includes a named Enterprise Success Manager embedded in your org, weekly alignment sessions, hands-on engineering hours, managed upgrades, and more. It's a fundamentally different relationship, built for organizations with 10 or more SOLIDWORKS seats that want more support.

Elite and Enterprise subscribers also get priority queue access, so when something is blocking your team, you move to the front of the line. You also get access to our Knowledge Base, service requests, and beta program access through the Customer Portal.

The Customer Portal is your web-based hub for everything SOLIDWORKS. You get access to the latest software versions and service pack updates, a Knowledge Base packed with technical documents, Tech Tips, Macros, and Best Practices, plus the ability to submit and track service requests and SPRs. You can also make enhancement requests, share feedback directly with the SOLIDWORKS development team, edit your profile, and get early access to beta versions and upcoming Early Visibility Service Packs.
