The DM60 uses dyes compatible with various powder-based printing methods, including HSS, MJF, SAF, and SLS. Formulas for CDLP/CLIP, DLP, and SLA technologies are also available, ensuring broad applicability.
Each DM60 color cartridge has a built-in RFID chip containing recipes based on material type, final desired color, and surface finish. Scanning a cartridge before loading removes all guesswork from the part dyeing process, enhancing accuracy and ease of use.

The largest single part size that the DM60 can accommodate is 390mm x 360mm. For smaller parts, the DM60 process chamber totals 80L, which is enough to process one HP Multi Jet Unit run in a single build.
Through a vast library of standard colors and specialized product catalogs, the options for coloring parts when using a DM60 are technically limitless. DyeMansion can also color-match an existing physical product based on the printing technology in use. This ensures that DM60 colored parts are true to life out of the system.
Through the use of a removable basket, operators can load or remove their parts from a DyeMansion coloring system quickly and efficiently. Each color cartridge also has an RFID chip containing information to set up coloring runs easily. This removes all guesswork compared to more manual methods of part coloring.
The DyeMansion DM60 uses a maximum of 150L (39.6 gallons) of water per coloring and cleaning process. When combined with the DM60 ROS, the quality of source water will stay consistent across all coloring runs.
Beyond a source of water for the coloring process, the DM60 requires compressed air. The DM60 uses less than 1.5 m3 of air for a single run.
