How do I register for courses once
I purchase a Training Credit Block?
You can visit our Training Course schedule or visit the course description
page for the course you want to register for and find upcoming dates. When
you find a date that works for your schedule, you can skip the “Buy Now”
button and select “Register” to enter your information and secure your
What if I cannot make it to a class
that I’ve registered for?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request that you give us notice of
four (4) business days before the start of your class so that we may plan
appropriately and accommodate other students. Failure to notify us of your
intent to cancel will result in the forfeiture of the training seat.
Do you ever cancel training
We rarely cancel classes, but please note that if a class does not meet
minimum registration requirements, we reserve the right to cancel.
Students will be notified no less than five (5) days prior to the class
start date if their class has been canceled.
Do training credits expire?
Credits purchased in our Training Blocks expire one (1) year from the date
Can I split a Credit Block with a
Yes. Credit Blocks are flexible, so you can use credits to purchase
training courses for anyone at your company.
What classes can I purchase with my
As long as you have enough credits remaining in your block for the
specific training course you are looking at, credits can be used on any of
our instructor-led courses posted on our training calendar.
How many credits do the training
You can find the credit value for each individual training course on the
course description pages.
What do I do if a class is full?
You can request to be put on a waitlist. If/when a seat opens in a
requested class, Hawk Ridge Systems will contact you. Seats are made
available first come, first served.

course I’d like to take?
We regularly add classes to our training calendar, so be sure to check
