Description
New to SOLIDWORKS or just want to improve your skill set? The Empowerment Pass is a great option for you. Choose any or all of the core SOLIDWORKS classes. This pass offers nine (9) total classes to choose from.
THE EMPOWERMENT PASS INCLUDES:
-
SOLIDWORKS ESSENTIALS
SOLIDWORKS Essentials teaches you how to use the SOLIDWORKS mechanical design automation software to build parametric models of parts and assemblies, and how to make drawings of parts and assemblies.
-
SOLIDWORKS DRAWINGS
SOLIDWORKS Drawings expands on the drawing topics that are introduced in Essentials. You will learn how to take advantage of more advanced drawing tools while creating drawings of SOLIDWORKS parts and assemblies.
-
SOLIDWORKS ADVANCED PART MODELING
SOLIDWORKS Advanced Part Modeling teaches you how to use multibody solids, sweeping and lofting features, and the more advanced shaping capabilities of SOLIDWORKS.
-
SOLIDWORKS ASSEMBLY MODELING
SOLIDWORKS Assembly Modeling you will expand on assembly topics discussed in Essentials. It also introduces more advanced assembly techniques, like in-context design. These techniques all you to maximize your use of the assembly modeling capabilities on SOLIDWORKS.
-
SOLIDWORKS WELDMENTS
SOLIDWORKS Weldments teaches you how to create welded structures with standard structural members. Creating custom structural members and modeling weld beads are additional topics that are covered.
-
SOLIDWORKS SHEET METAL
SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal teaches you how to build sheet metal parts using SOLIDWORKS. Building standalone sheet metal parts, converting parts to sheet metal, and modeling sheet metal parts in the context of an assembly are all topics that are covered in this course.
-
SOLIDWORKS MOLD DESIGN ESSENTIALS
SOLIDWORKS Mold Design Essentials teaches several mold making techniques, using automatic and manual processes to develop cavity and core components. Using analysis tools to develop optimal parting lines, while checking for draft and undercuts in your geometry.
-
SOLIDWORKS FILE MANAGEMENT
SOLIDWORKS File Management includes explanations of the SOLIDWORKS file structure, file references, file associativity, and how to work in a multi-user environment. File Management is extremely valuable for any SOLIDWORKS user not using a PDM solution but is recommended before taking any SOLIDWORKS PDM Course.
-
SOLIDWORKS SURFACE MODELING
SOLIDWORKS Surface Modeling course focuses on consumer product design. Surface modeling techniques, hybrid surface/solid modeling methods, and the interoperability between surfaces and solids are covered.
