Hello TPM Customers,
Yesterday, Chris shared that TPM’s Manufacturing Division has become part of Hawk Ridge Systems. I want to personally welcome you and explain what this change means for your business.
Many of you have worked with TPM for years, even decades. Chris and his team built those relationships by understanding your business, solving difficult problems and showing up when it mattered. The same is true for Hawk Ridge Systems, and we look forward to proving that to you.
Our immediate priority is continuity. The people who understand your environment and your SOLIDWORKS and DriveWorks needs will continue working with you. Behind them, you now have access to a deeper bench of expertise across design, simulation, data management, manufacturing software, services, training and support.
You will hear directly from your Hawk Ridge account team as we learn about your priorities and connect you with the resources now available to you. In the meantime, your licenses, subscriptions and active projects will continue without interruption, and you can find transition details and support information in our customer FAQ.
I would also like to invite you to experience the broader Hawk Ridge community at our Design to Manufacturing (D2M) Conference on October 29. D2M brings together engineers, manufacturers and technology experts for practical sessions spanning the full product-development lifecycle. It is the best way to see the depth of expertise and solutions now available to you.
