No. Tokens are shared at the tenant level, and the starter tokens from each eligible license join the same pool. There's nothing to assign user by user.
Yes. Unused tokens expire 12 months after purchase and don't roll over. For example, if you buy three packs at once, you have 75,000 tokens to use within that 12-month window.
Yes. Each pack renews at the end of its 12-month term with a fresh balance, whether or not you used everything. You can turn off auto-renewal in the Subscription tab of your 3DS account.
It depends on how often your team runs AI skills and how complex they are. One pack can support thousands of quick insights, dozens of complex generative builds, or a mix of both.
No. Blue token purchases can't be canceled, so check your remaining balance in the Members Control Center before you buy.
