Tim Felbinger is the Founder and CEO of StartProto, a manufacturing software company focused on modernizing production operations through data-driven systems and agentic AI. He brings a cross-disciplinary background shaped by early exposure to both software development and industrial automation.
Tim began his formal career in engineering, working at BMW in Munich before returning to the United States to lead a prototyping lab at Georgia Tech. There he gained firsthand insight into the inefficiencies, manual processes, and labor constraints facing small and mid-sized production environments. StartProto was born from that experience.
Cameron Carson is the Senior Vice President of Partner Strategy and Portfolio at Hawk Ridge Systems in Portland, Oregon. After earning his mechanical engineering degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Cameron began his career at Lockheed Martin in space systems design. He brings more than two decades of experience in engineering design and manufacturing technology to his current role.
