Jeff Pickles
VTO, Green Grid Inc.
Jeff Pickles is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Green Grid, where he's helping utilities and other critical infrastructure operators rethink how they monitor, inspect, and maintain their assets. Drawing on his background in engineering and energy technology, Jeff leads the development of iSIU®, GGI's AI-powered monitoring platform that brings cameras, LiDAR, sensors, edge AI, weather data, and mapping together into a common operating system for indoor and outdoor environments. His work focuses on turning complex engineering challenges into practical solutions that help organizations identify problems earlier, automate inspections, improve operational awareness, and reduce risk. While GGI's technology has been proven in electric utility applications including outage and wildfire prevention, the platform is designed for critical infrastructure more broadly, including oil and gas, data centers, water systems, warehouses, food processing, and manufacturing.
Chinmoy Saha
Co-Founder & CEO, Green Grid Inc.
With a background spanning aerospace, defense, and energy, Chinmoy Saha has spent his career tackling complex engineering challenges. In 2011, he co-founded Green Grid with an ambitious goal: rethink how critical infrastructure is monitored and protected. Today, he leads the company's efforts to expand iSIU®, GGI's AI-powered monitoring platform, across electric utilities and other critical infrastructure markets including oil and gas, data centers, water systems, warehouses, food processing, and manufacturing. By bringing cameras, LiDAR, sensors, edge AI, weather data, and mapping together in one platform, GGI helps organizations move beyond periodic inspections toward continuous monitoring, earlier detection, predictive alerts, and more proactive operations.
Joe McDiarmid
Technical Account Manager, Hawk Ridge Systems
Joe is the Enterprise Technical Account Manager at Hawk Ridge Systems, managing the rapidly evolving needs of our largest and most complex customers. He is a 12-year veteran of HRS with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from New Mexico State University, and an experienced SME in most SOLIDWORKS and DS applications, ranging from CAD & Electrical to AI and Cloud 3DX Roles. He frequently spends time visiting customers to resolve real-world challenges that weave through design, documentation, business processes, and manufacturing with technical mentorship, engineering services, and consultative assessment reviews. In his spare time, he swaps engines, restores classic cars and motorcycles, and makes wiring harnesses, in-between playing with his 4-year-old son Nico.
Rachel Jones
Content Solut. Architect, SolidProfessor
Rachel is based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota working as Content Solutions Architect and Content Development leader for SolidProfessor. Prior to joining the SolidProfessor team in 2023, she worked in the reseller channel focusing on SOLIDWORKS training. In industry, she worked for an intellectual property law firm, designed consumer products, and developed medical packaging for priceless payloads. Her role at SolidProfessor allows her to use both her engineering and creative skills to help learners maximize their SOLIDWORKS and engineering tool investment.
