Jason Pohl
Industrial Designer
Jason is an experienced industrial designer skilled in computer-aided design (CAD), SOLIDWORKS, 3DEXPERIENCE, concept Sketching, CAD/CAM, and Modeling. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the Illinois Institute of Art. As Lead Designer at Orange County Choppers (2004-2019), he provided state-of-the-art designs for Fortune 500 companies and individuals from all over the world. Jason is currently the Brand Ambassador for SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE. His favorite project is “The current one and the next one.”
Jesse Hahne
President of Center for Advanced Design (CAD)
Jesse is the President of the Center for Advanced Design and a founding force behind the firm, merging his lifelong passion for powersports with design and engineering. His hands‑on leadership spans the full spectrum of product development — from sketch concepts to prototyping and implementation — ensuring that both creativity and practical innovation drive every project. Known for his agility and responsiveness, Jesse delivers solutions that are as inspired as they are functional.
Frank Tousignant
Owner of Carbon Pursuit
Frank is the owner of Carbon Pursuit, where his passion for motorsports and expertise in composite materials come together to create high-quality, precision-built carbon fiber parts. A graduate of Winona State University with a degree in Composite Materials Engineering, Frank has spent more than a decade working with composites across multiple industries. With his wife, Leah, he has grown Carbon Pursuit into a family-run business known for its innovative designs, top-tier aesthetics, and competitive pricing.
Marc McCauley
CEO of Center for Advanced Design (CAD)
Marc is the CEO and Design Engineer at the Center for Advanced Design. His work spans an eclectic range—from motorsports innovations like aerodynamic trailers and snowmobile conversions, to cutting-edge prosthetic design that uses 3D printing to reduce machining time and enhance performance. Known for turning ambitious ideas into award-worthy realities, Marc brings ingenuity and purpose-driven engineering to every project.
