Since 1996, we have been serving innovators like you, because we are like you.
We're the kids who stayed after science class – always testing limits and breaking the mold. We're imaginative. Inquisitive. Relentless. But most of all, we are constantly seeking new opportunities and continued growth.
While we are built on the do-it-yourself mentality (we know you're that way, too), we recognize that it takes a dedicated, experienced team to promote growth and achieve success.
It is business as usual at both Quest Integration and Hawk Ridge Systems. You can expect little or no change in your current partnership with Quest. The team will become a part of Hawk Ridge Systems and the offices will remain in place. Your Quest account management team will stay the same but will now have additional resources available from Hawk Ridge Systems.
The merger was announced to the Quest Integration team by David Minerath, President of Quest and Dale Ford, President and CEO of Hawk Ridge Systems at the Quest office in Post Falls, Idaho on Tuesday, September 1st. The communications to customers, partners and employees will take place during the first weeks of September.
Over the next few weeks, we will be working to introduce Hawk Ridge Systems to you. One of the key advantages of the combined company is that Quest customers will now have access to the vast resources and expertise that Hawk Ridge Systems offers. With product management teams focused not only on 3D design tools, but on advanced analysis, data management, manufacturing and cloud software, Quest customers can now leverage the experience of an even deeper pool of technical talent. Accessible through your local Quest account teams, an extensive portfolio of solutions and services are now available to Quest’s customers.
With the addition of the Quest offices in Post Falls, Idaho, Seattle, Washington, and Richland, Washington, Hawk Ridge Systems expands its footprint to include 22 offices in the U.S. and Canada. Products and services include SOLIDWORKS, CAMWorks, 3DExperience, 3D printers from HP and Markforged, and scanners from Artec3D and Hexagon, plus a host of training and services offerings.
Hawk Ridge Systems and Quest Integration have a long history in 3D design and SOLIDWORKS. It is a natural fit to combine the teams to provide comprehensive solutions for 3D design, manufacturing and 3D printing. Here is a shortlist of the capabilities and solutions that Hawk Ridge Systems provides:
As our customer, you are the priority. You should see little if any changes in the short term. Over the course of the next few months, we will be transitioning the website and the Quest Integration brand to Hawk Ridge Systems. By the beginning of 2021, we expect to have a unified website and combined customer deliverables.
