3D SCANNING HARDWARE
HOW TO CHOOSE IT & USE IT

Join us as we take a deep dive into the latest scanners. You'll see the differences between the different technologies such as:

  • Structured light vs laser scanning
  • Handheld vs mounted
  • How LiDAR differs from other types of laser scanning

You'll learn how to select the best scanner hardware based on part material characteristics, size range, accuracy needs, and resolution.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Discover the latest 3D scanner hardware solutions with an in depth view on:

About target-based scanning vs. scanning without targets

Combining data from multiple scanners for the best of both worlds

Leverage target-based technology like photogrammetry with data from handheld scanners for improved accuracy
